Watercube is a “fountain consultancy firm” in Italy’s northeastern city of Vicenza. Their goal is “to combine the creativity and engineering required in water control to give shape to the unpredictable.”

Turin-based Quattrolinee was tasked with designing the Watercube logo and identity, and the result is perhaps the most appropriate use of the halftone pattern I’ve seen in a logo, presented to mimic a type of water feature that most of us are familiar with, such as the one below at the Ara Pacis Museum in Rome.
